As a part of my Arts 174 class, I used Adobe Character Animate to dub former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher giving her famous "no, no, no" speech to parliament.
I created her likeness in Illustrator, and then created her various lip movements. I had to play with the settings in Character Animate so the movements would sync with her words properly. All other parts of the face, such as the head, eyes, eyebrows, etc. are from my own face's movements.
